Education & Training
The Sargood Centre will include a fully equipped training facility that will be used to run specific training and education courses to improve independence for people with a spinal cord injury. This service will not replace the education facilities within the community and will act instead as a model to be incorporated in all designs. Specific spinal care related courses will be operating from the Centre itself on topics such as wound management, seating and pressure care.
